Our studios are available for rent on a month-to-month basis. Currently there are 39 artist studios at our facilities. Because of high demand, there is usually a waiting period of six to twelve months before a studio becomes available.

Studios vary in size, shape, amount and direction of light, availability of plumbing and cost. Most studios are about 10 x 11 feet; a smaller number of studios measure 14 x 16 feet. We also have a few studios ranging from 400 - 650 square feet of floor space. Ceiling height ranges from 8 - 12 feet.

Rent ranges from $125 - $375 per month.
