Harwood

Madonna Daniel was a talented artist working in sculpture, drawing and painting. In her memory, friends and family have created a self-perpetuating fund in support of new and emerging talent. The fund is administered by the Harwood.

The Madonna Daniel Award is intended to support the endeavors of emerging artists who demonstrate a commitment to their artwork, their on-going education and the arts community in which they live.

Applicants must be residents of New Mexico only and working in painting, sculpture or drawing. Professional artists are not eligible; please call us if you have questions.

Artists interested in applying can pick up an application at Harwood any time, or send a SASE requesting information. You can also download a PDF of the application HERE.

Applications must be postmarked by December 1, 2007.  Late applications will not be considered.
