Use your imagination as a source for information and inspiration to create paintings. With either oils or acrylics, you will paint the subject matter of your choice, realistically, or in the abstract. Instruction will be given in the use of color, composition, line, form, and painting techniques to help refine and enhance students’ work. We will also look at different styles of painting in modern and contemporary art for inspiration. This class is primarily geared toward intermediate and advanced students.
